In addition to her years of professional experience, Kris has a certificate in copyediting from UC Berkeley Extension. Her specialties include religious books, cookbooks and fiction. Kris is also highly proficient with a variety of word processing, publishing and editorial software, including markup and transmittal systems.
Among the many books Kris edited at HarperCollins are Saving Darwin by Karl Giberson, The Uncensored Bible by John Kaltner, Steven McKenzie, and Joel Kilpatrick, Rumi: Bridge to the Soul and A Year with Rumi by Coleman Barks, and The Gods Drink Whiskey by Stephen T. Asma.
